Lutz Consulting · Introvero
Privacy Notice
Last updated October 27, 2026
This notice explains how Introvero handles information for event introductions. Introvero is operated by Lutz Consulting (“we”, “us”). It is not a social network, and attendees do not need an Introvero account or LinkedIn login.
Information we handle
- Registration details: name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, event, and registration time.
- Professional answers: role, industry, expertise, who you hope to meet, goals, offers, and optional topics.
- Introduction records: recommendations, match scores and reason codes, interest decisions, mutual introductions, and email status.
- Operational data: administrator sign-in/session data, security logs, and basic event funnel measurements. Funnel records use attendee identifiers and do not include questionnaire free text by design.
Why we use it
We use the information to register attendees, identify potentially useful complementary introductions, send recommendation and mutual-match emails, protect the service, and give the event organizer event-level operational and funnel information. Matching is rule-based and does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you.
Who can see your information
Lutz Consulting and the organizer of the event can access attendee registration information to run the event. Before a mutual opt-in, a recommended attendee sees only limited professional context intended to explain the potential fit. Email addresses, names, and LinkedIn profile URLs are not included in that anonymized recommendation. If you and the other attendee each explicitly confirm interest, we send each of you the other person’s name and LinkedIn profile URL.
Our infrastructure may use Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting and scheduled application functions, and Resend for transactional email when configured. The services actually used and their processing locations depend on deployment settings. We do not sell attendee data, use LinkedIn authentication, scrape LinkedIn, or send attendee questionnaire data to OpenAI in this MVP.
Cookies and storage
We use only technically necessary cookies for administrator authentication, session security, and remembering your cookie notice choice. The attendee registration and interest-confirmation flows do not require an account. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. See the Cookie Notice.
How long information is kept
This MVP does not yet have an automatic deletion schedule or attendee self-service deletion tool. Event and attendee records remain in the configured database until Lutz Consulting or the event organizer removes them. We intend to limit access and keep information only as long as needed to operate the event and resolve follow-up requests; the exact retention period must be confirmed for each deployment before collecting real attendee data.
Your choices and rights
You can decide whether to accept each recommendation. Your identity is not shared with a suggested attendee unless both people opt in. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also complain to your data protection authority. To ask a question or make a request, contact the event organizer who invited you and ask them to forward it to Lutz Consulting.
