Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Introvero, an event-introduction service operated by Lutz Consulting. By using an event registration page or the organizer workspace, you agree to these terms and the applicable Privacy Notice.

What Introvero does

Introvero helps event attendees find potentially relevant people, review anonymized recommendation context, and request introductions. It does not require attendees to create an account or sign in with LinkedIn. It is not a social feed, a dating service, a recruiter, or an endorsement of any attendee.

Attendee choices and conduct

Provide accurate information you are comfortable using for event networking. Do not submit confidential information, unlawful content, or another person’s personal information without permission. You decide whether to accept a recommendation. A mutual introduction happens only after both people independently opt in. After a mutual match, you are responsible for how you contact each other and for arranging any meeting.

Event organizers

Organizers are responsible for having authority to run their event, sharing the registration link appropriately, and giving attendees accurate information about the event and data handling. Organizers must use attendee information only for legitimate event operations and the introductions described to attendees, protect access to the dashboard, and promptly report suspected misuse.

Recommendations and availability

Recommendations are generated from the information attendees provide and may be incomplete or unsuitable. Introvero does not guarantee a match, response, meeting, business outcome, identity verification, or the accuracy of attendee-provided claims. The service is provided as an event coordination tool and may change or be unavailable during maintenance.

Privacy and communications

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Notice. By registering, you request event-related messages needed to deliver recommendations and mutual introductions. These are service messages, not a promise of marketing communications.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend access when needed to protect attendees, organizers, or the service, or when these terms are materially breached. We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law; if a change materially affects attendees, we will provide notice where required.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lutz Consulting is not responsible for interactions attendees choose to have with one another outside Introvero. The governing-law and dispute-contact details must be completed by Lutz Consulting for the jurisdiction in which the service is offered; mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
